1) Nairobi HDSS: APHRC recognized among the top think tanks worldwide for its work in health policy and advocacy

For the second year in a row, the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) has been ranked among the top think tanks worldwide by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Read more

2) 2018 iSHARE2 Refresher Workshop in Dubai
The INDEPTH Resource & Training Centre is preparing for the 2018 iSHARE2 Refresher workshop in 
Dubai from May 10th to 25th.
This workshop will be fully funded by INDEPTH through our Wellcome Trust grant. As we normally do, please fill the form below to nominate your Data Manager for the workshop.

3) Pre-registration open – ISC2018 (INDEPTH@20), 26-28 November 2018 in Pretoria, South Africa
St. George Hotel, South Africa.
Centre Leaders and teams, working groups and INDEPTH projects may now pre-register for INDEPTH’s 20th anniversary celebrations in Pretoria, South Africa. We have chosen a date that doesn’t conflict with the major other international conferences. So please block the dates, pre-register and let us know your specific needs for sessions and workshops.

4) Navrongo HDSS: EPIMAL Study monitors visit

The study team of the EPIMAL project being conducted by the Navrongo Health Research Centre recently hosted three (3) Monitors from quintiles now called IQVIA on site for activities of EPIMAL 002 and EPIMAL 005 from Monday 12th to Thursday 15th February and Friday 16th February 2018 respectively. 5) SEACO participates in the ‘Program Pencegahan Kebakaran dan Penubuhan MyBomba’ 

On 23rd February 2018, the SEACO team received an invitation to be part of the Program Pencegahan Kebakaran dan Penubuhan MyBomba held in Balai Islam Taman Segar, Segamat. YB Lau Chin Hoon was present as the honourable guest of the event. The Bomba team briefed the community on safety procedures during a fire and conducted a demonstration for the community. Read more
