Harry Campbell is currently Professor of Genetic Epidemiology and Public Health and Co-Directors of the Centre for Population Health Sciences and WHO Collaborating Centre for Population Health Research and Training at the University of Edinburgh. He trained in medicine, paediatrics and then epidemiology / public health.

Over the last 25 years, Harry has worked on many international child health issues and has led research programmes in genomic and ‘omic investigation of a wide range of diseases and health traits.

He has been an author on more than 400 publications, and serves as an Editor of the Journal of Global Health.
