In the course of the round, all problems discussions and new issues should be collated and monitored. At the end of each round, all outstanding issues should be discussed exhaustively and decisions taken on them. There should be review of all activities during the round including all data tools used. The computer staff should be included in the retraining so that they will have a better understanding of field issues which would be useful during data entry. Other relevant topics can be treated during the re-training period. If an add on survey module is to be introduced to the coming round, the teams should be trained thoroughly in this module.
