You need to create an identity for the DSS site that distinguishes it from the host institution.  It is sometimes worthwhile to consider the DSS site as a service unit of the host institution so that it can be supported by core support and a variety of research grants and consumer partners. The name of the DSS site should include a geographic location such as the District, Region or Zone where the population lives, rather than the name of a project, or the Institution, which can be more short- lived.
