Reimbursements	a) Please endeavour to bring along the originals of all expenses incurred for your travel to the workshop. b) To avoid delays, please scan the receipts and email to the INDEPTH Secretariat project staff who is responsible for the workshop before you start your journey. c) We prefer to transfer funds to institutions’ bank accounts. You will be requested to provide the full bank details, including the SWIFT code. Should you require cash refund, please alert the iSHARE2 project in good time.
Requirements	a) Nominations must be made by site leaders only b) The Data Managers who have attended the workshop 1, 2 or 3 Page 2 of 2 to be given preference c) Brief CVs of nominees should be attached. d) All participants must bring along the CiB server that was handed to them after workshop 1, 2 or 3. e) Participant must verify that the CiB server is in operational condition and all the ETL transformations, DDI documents etc are accessible. If not, kindly let us know beforehand. f) All participants are required to bring along laptops to the workshop. g) Participants must bring complete operational raw dataset up to end December 2012 as per the INDEPTH Data Access and Sharing policy All nominations received WITHOUT the brief CVs of the nominees shall not be counted as valid.
