How to apply for full INDEPTH Membership

HDSS centres wishing to apply for full membership should download all of the following documents which form part of the application:

1. INDEPTH Application Form - May 2015
2. HDSS Profile for New Applications - Instructions-For-AUTHORS
3. INDEPTHStats template . For instructions on preparing the data for submission, please click here

The above must be filled carefully and emailed to the Secretariat. Document #2 will allow the HDSS to quickly publish a profile in the International Journal of Epidemiology. Documents #3 will enable the Secretariat to apply routine plausibility checks on the HDSS data and provide a feedback.
