Data system

The Data System (processing and management) should be coordinated by a data manager. He or she shall be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the computing and database management aspects of the DSS. He or she shall also be responsible for supervising the work of the assistant data manager, data entry clerks and data filing operations at the data center. The content of the training will be based on the data model, software and the operating system. Data from the field piloting of the survey instruments will be used for training and pilot testing of the data entry system.
