This meeting brought together experts from diverse fields to brainstorm and help the INDEPTH Network in refining /improving on the Concept paper for the INDEPTH Scientific Development and Leadership programme - A proposed Masters degree programme in field-based epidemiology.

Outcome

Based on presentations, discussions and suggestions from this meeting, the concept paper was revised and presented to the 3rd INDEPTH Annual General Meeting that took place in Accra Ghana from February 3-7, 2003.
