Dr. Cornelius Debpuur is a social demographer with over eighteen years of experience in population and health research in Ghana. Since 1997 my research has focused on identifying effective strategies to improve population health and wellbeing in resource constrained settings. I have extensive experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of community-based health interventions. Over the years I have designed and implemented surveys which have been instrumental in the evaluation of various intervention studies. My research interests include general population dynamics, adolescent reproductive health, health equity, adult health and aging, and social determinants of health.
