Dr. Flores Pentzke Saint-Germain is a Health Economist at the World Health Organization in the department of Health Systems Governance and Financing. Since completion of her PhD in Statistics and Econometrics from the University of Geneva, she has been post-doctoral researcher at the institute in Health Economics and Management of the University of Lausanne; a visiting fellow of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, a consultant for the World Bank Organisation and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has been involved in a collaborative research project funded by the European Commission on Health Equity and Financial Protection in Asia (HEFPA). Her area of expertise focuses on financial protection in Health, universal coverage and the econometric evaluation of health policies.
