Dr. Diane Steele is the Household Survey Coordinator in the Development Research Group. A member of Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS) team, she has extensive experience in the design, implementation and analysis of household surveys. She provides technical assistance to the staff in national statistical institutes on how to implement and analyze nationally representative multi-topic household surveys. She is the administrator of the Living Standards Measurement Study Database. Ms. Steele is also responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the LSMS Web site which provides information on existing LSMS surveys, tools for how to implement surveys, and tools for analyzing surveys.
